Please note - We currently offer FREE delivery to the following areas: Glenvista, Mulbarton, Bassonia, Meyersdal.
The delivery charge will automatically calculate as R0.00 when you checkout if your address is indicated as one of these suburbs.

Post office (counter collection)

This is the most economical way of receiving your parcel. This cost is based only on the weight of your parcel, not on destination.
Selecting this option means that your parcel will be delivered to your nearest post office counter from where you will need to collect. You must therefore supply a valid postal address at the time of placing your order.
Delivery can take up to 7 working days from date of despatch.

Parcels less than 2kg will be charged at a rate of R 35.00
Parcels more than 2kg and less than 5kg will be charged at a rate of R 45.00
Parcels more than 5kg and less than 10kg will be charged at a rate of R 65.00
Parcels more than 10kg will be charged at R100.00

Selecting this option means that your parcel will be delivered to your door. You must supply a physical address where someone will be available to receive your parcel.
Delivery can take 2 - 4 working days from date of despatch.

Local (Jhb & Pretoria)
Parcels less than 2kg will be charged at a rate of R 65.00
Parcels more than 2kg and less than 5kg will be charged at a rate of R 80.00
Parcels more than 5kg and less than 10kg will be charged at a rate of R 115.00
Parcels more than 10kg will be charged at R150.00

Major Cities
Parcels less than 2kg will be charged at a rate of R 80.00
Parcels more than 2kg and less than 5kg will be charged at a rate of R 100.00
Parcels more than 5kg and less than 10kg will be charged at a rate of R 135.00
Parcels more than 10kg will be charged at R200.00

Regional & Remote Areas
Parcels less than 2kg will be charged at a rate of R 150.00
Parcels more than 2kg and less than 5kg will be charged at a rate of R 190.00
Parcels more than 5kg and less than 10kg will be charged at a rate of R 250.00
Parcels more than 10kg will be charged at R300.00

All orders will only be despatched once payment reflects in our bank account.
Items that are held in stock will be shipped within 24 hours. Items that are not held in stock may take longer. We request that you allow 3 - 10 working days for delivery from date payment is received by us.
Some products that are imported from international suppliers could take up to 6 weeks to be delivered. These items will be indicated as such on our website and will shipped as soon as they become available.
Please always enquire telephonically or by email before you place your order should you wish to know more about a specific item's in-stock status should you require it urgently.

All our delivery rates are calculated according to the total weight of your purchase and region of delivery. If you choose the courier door-to-door option, your destination will also be taken into account in the shipping cost calculation. Regional / remote areas are considered to be long distance and/or high risk areas and are charged at premium rates. In this case, wes highly recommended you choose the post office counter collection option.

Parcels are shipped according to the delivery method selected by you upin checkout.
We use either the post office 'ordinary parcel' option or a reliable courier service who will deliver to you between 8am and 5pm, Monday - Friday. We do not ship to postal boxes if you choose to select the courier delivery option.
You are most welcome to contact us should you wish to arrange an alternative delivery method e.g. collection for which there is no additional charge

Should you provide incorrect delivery details or there is nobody available to receive your parcel at the time of delivery, this will result in your parcel being returned to our offices. You will be contacted to re-schedule your delivery and you will incur a delivery fee again.Birds 'n Bees will not be held responsible for parcels signed for at the delivery address provided.
