Birds ‘n Bees would like to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible. If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return non-sale merchandise up to 14 days from date of receipt for a full refund or store credit (less shipping costs and surcharges).
If we supply the wrong product or if the product is in any way faulty or damaged on delivery, we will exchange it for the correct one.
All items must be returned in their original packaging in a saleable condition.
All sale and special order purchases will be refunded for store credit only.
Please note that the following types of goods will not be accepted for a refund:
- Computer software
- Underwear & other hygiene products
- Nappies, wipes, lotions & other toiletries
